GifPilot does not upload selected source images or generated GIFs to a GifPilot server. The browser reads them locally to render frames and encode the result.

Temporary object URLs and decoded image data exist only in the current page session. GifPilot releases them when you remove a frame, replace a result, or close the page.

Storage, analytics, and advertising

GifPilot uses Google Analytics 4 on all pages to measure visits and navigation. Google Analytics may process the page URL, referrer, approximate location derived from the IP address, and device and browser information. Consent Mode defaults analytics and advertising storage to denied, so the tag does not read or write analytics or advertising cookies unless a consent mechanism later records permission. Measurement requests without cookies may still be sent to Google.

GifPilot does not create user accounts or save selected media in browser storage. On home and GIF-maker pages, a configured build loads Google AdSense advertising code. Google and its partners may use cookies or local storage and process IP address, device and browser information, page URL, ad interactions, and consent signals to select, deliver, measure, and protect ads.

GifPilot does not intentionally send selected source images or generated GIFs to Google Analytics or Google AdSense. Ad units are not placed inside the maker workspace or beside upload, generate, preview, or download controls. Where consent is required, a Google-certified consent management platform must be configured before advertising is enabled.

Ordinary hosting providers may process technical request data such as IP address, time, requested path, and user agent to deliver and secure the static site. Those requests do not contain the media selected in the maker.

Policy changes

If GifPilot changes its advertising, analytics, storage, or another data flow, this policy and the product interface must be updated before that change is enabled.
